The German Society for Sustainable Building has awarded Flexipark Vienna North II the Gold Certificate. DGNB certification evaluates buildings holistically according to ecological, economic and sociocultural criteria as well as technical quality and process quality – the requirements for Gold are significantly more demanding than comparable systems. For commercial parks, this award represents important proof, as it includes site development, land sealing and mobility concepts in the evaluation in addition to the building envelope.
