Binderholz acquires Kuhmo Oy: Sawmill capacity increases by 1 million m³ roundwood

The Austrian binderholz Group expands its sawmill operations in Finland through the acquisition of Kuhmo Oy and Juntinsalo Oy. The transaction secures 500,000 m³ of sawn timber annually and strengthens the group's position in Nordic softwood supply.
