Pentair JUNG PUMPEN GmbH from Steinhagen has developed the PLANCOFIX shower drainage system together with Blanco. The solution is designed for floor-level shower systems where conventional drainage technology reaches its limits due to low installation heights or unfavorable pipe routing. Technical details regarding flow rate, installation height, or pump technology have not yet been published. The system could be particularly relevant for bathroom renovations in existing buildings where subsequent screed raises are to be avoided.
