Veolia Industries Austria

Veolia Industries Austria is a specialized B2B service provider based in Kundl, Tyrol, offering comprehensive solutions in the areas of recycling, demolition and building materials management. The company serves the Austrian construction sector with a focus on circular processes and sustainable resource management.

Services & Product Range

The service portfolio of Veolia Industries Austria concentrates on three core areas: recycling, demolition and building materials trading and manufacturing. In the demolition area, deconstruction and dismantling work is carried out, with the focus on proper separation and processing of the resulting materials. Recycling services include the processing of construction waste into high-quality secondary raw materials that can be reintroduced into the building materials cycle. The building materials range includes concrete, steel and insulation materials, sourced from both conventional production and recycled sources. As a wholesaler, the company supplies commercial customers with the materials needed for construction projects of varying sizes. The integration of demolition, recycling and building materials production enables closed material loops that are both ecologically and economically advantageous. The offering is supplemented by logistics services that include the transport and delivery of building materials to construction sites. This holistic approach meets the increasing demands for sustainability and resource efficiency in the construction industry.

Location Kundl & Region

Kundl is located in the Tyrolean Inn Valley, an economically important region characterized by its central location between Innsbruck and Kufstein. The municipality is optimally connected to the regional transport network via the Inn Valley motorway A12, which significantly facilitates both the supply of construction sites and the transport of recycling materials. The Tyrol region records continuous construction activity, driven by infrastructure projects, residential construction and tourism development. Construction companies, building developers and municipal clients form the main customers for building materials and recycling services. Proximity to important business centers in the Inn Valley as well as to the neighboring regions of Salzburg and Bavaria creates a wide catchment area. The geographic location enables short transport routes to construction sites, which reduces both costs and CO₂ emissions. For the construction machinery and building materials industry, the region offers stable demand through a combination of new construction projects, renovations and infrastructure development. The local presence in Kundl positions Veolia Industries Austria as a regional partner for sustainable building materials solutions in the alpine region.

Cooperation & Service

Cooperation with Veolia Industries Austria is primarily directed at commercial customers from the construction sector: construction companies, building developers, general contractors and municipal clients. Typically, cooperation begins with an inquiry regarding specific building material quantities or recycling services. The company offers advice on available material qualities, particularly when using recycled building materials that must meet certain technical requirements. Delivery usually takes place directly to the construction site, with logistics coordinated to the construction schedule. In the area of demolition and recycling, projects are planned jointly to ensure optimal material utilization and minimize disposal costs. Customers benefit from the integration of various services from a single source, which reduces coordination effort. For long-term construction projects, framework agreements are possible that ensure continuous supply of building materials. Consulting on sustainable building materials solutions and support in meeting environmental certifications such as ÖGNB or LEED round out the service offering.
